MART – museo di arte moderna e contemporanea di Trento e Rovereto

The exhibition “Scenario di Terra”, open until February 2015, further expands the theme, developed by MART – the modern and contemporary art museum of Trent and Rovereto – of the relationship between art and landscape; inaugurated in April 2014 with the exhibition “Perduti nel paesaggio/Lost in Landscape”.

The exhibition, composed mostly of pieces from the museum collection with the integration of artworks on loan, is captivating also because of the variety of the means of expression presented: paintings, installations, video-artworks, photography; as well as due to the strong relationship between artworks and the exhibition space around them.
In 2014, landscape has been a key-point for MART exhibition offer; if the first exhibition emphasized the problems caused by the often difficult relationship between man and environment, “Scenario di terra” rather invites to a reconciliation.

The artists featured
Nico Angiuli, Giovanni Anselmo, Riccardo Arena, Giusy Calia, Claudio Cintoli, Davide Coltro, Salvador Dalí, Vittore Fossati, Alberto Garutti, Franz Hogenberg, Dario Imbò, Marcello Jori, Jannis Kounellis, Caterina Lai, Mario Merz, Umberto Moggioli, Elena Munerati, Gastone Novelli, Giovanni Ozzola, Federica Palmarin, Gino Pancheri, Luca Maria Patella, Giuseppe Penone, Franco Piavoli, Michelangelo Pistoletto, Mario Raciti, Matteo Rubbi, Lucia Sterlocchi, Antoni Tàpies, Arturo Tosi, Giuseppe Uncini, Paolo Vallorz, Gigiotti Zanini, Anton Zoran Music.
