Founded by architects Craig Dykers (b. 1961) and Kjetil Trædal Thorsen (b. 1958) in 1989 and named after the highest Norwegian mountain, Oslo and New York City-based Snøhetta is widely regarded as one of the world’s most innovative design offices.
